City’s loan players are back in action today, with games across England and Scotland.

City goalkeeper Sam Long is back in action for Falkirk on Saturday. The Scottish League One side face Edinburgh City, and Long could be in contention for a return to the starting XI after not featuring in the last three games. The young Imps stopper has kept 5 clean sheets in 9 games this season.

Hayden Cann and Oisin Gallagher’s Peterborough Sports side face Chorley away from home on Saturday. The National League North side are currently on a 6 game unbeaten run and have climbed to 16th in the league. Gallagher opened his account in a 2-0 win last Tuesday.

Jay Benn could be set to return to Solihull Moors’ starting XI after missing multiple weeks with injury. Solihull announced on their ‘X’ account that Benn was back training with the National League side and that means he could potentially return to action on Saturday.

Freddie Draper is expected to be unavailable for Walsall on Saturday as they face Harrogate Town. The in-form striker was taken off during Walsall’s 1-1 draw with Crawley and has been out on the sidelines since, but he is expected to return in the coming weeks.

Charley Kendall will look to make it two goals in three games on Saturday as Dagenham and Redbridge take on Benn’s Solihull side. The former Eastbourne Borough striker recently scored a late winner for the National League side and will hope to continue his form.

Elsewhere, Elicha Ahui could make his fifth consecutive start for Ayr United against Inverness while Morgan Worsfold-Gregg will be hoping to rack up more minutes at Long Eaton United.
