It’s a rather quiet weekend for City’s loanees, with just three players in action.

Sam Long returned to the Falkirk side last time out, keeping a clean sheet in an impressive 4-0 win. The goalkeeper will be hoping to retain his place in the team as they travel to FC Edinburgh looking for a seventh win on the bounce.

Jay Benn returned to action last weekend for the first time since November, and the full-back will be wanting a starting spot when Solihull Moors entertain Nantwich Town in the FA Trophy this weekend.

Elicha Ahui had a tough start to life with Ayr United, but the young right-back has cemented his place as first choice right-back in recent weeks, making 9 starts in 11 games. Ayr travel to Arbroath on Saturday afternoon in the Scottish Championship as they look for their first win since the 16th December.

Dagenham and Redbridge are out of the FA Trophy after a loss to Peterborough Sports in the previous round, a game that Charley Kendall started, meaning the Imps loanee isn’t in action this weekend. Kendall missed out on the Dagenham squad completely last time out against Fylde and will be hoping for a return to action against Solihull Moors next weekend, as he aims to add to his 3 goals this season.

Hayden Cann, Oisin Gallagher and Freddie Draper have all returned to the Imps so far in the January transfer window.
